Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If the project has not been started
If initial concepts have not been delivered
Refunds will not be issued if:
Design concepts have already been delivered
Revisions have been requested or completed
Final files have been delivered
Delays are caused by lack of client communication
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered depending on the amount of work completed.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method
ASP Wholesale reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
