Refund Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as ASP Wholesale.

At ASP Wholesale, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not been started

  • If initial concepts have not been delivered

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Design concepts have already been delivered

  • Revisions have been requested or completed

  • Final files have been delivered

  • Delays are caused by lack of client communication

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered depending on the amount of work completed.

Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

  • Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method

Final Decision

ASP Wholesale reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
